Hello, Nice to Meet You!

My name is Mengyu, you can also call me Ruby. 

I am a recent Master of Public Policy graduate from the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley. I finished my undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley majoring in Media Studies and Political Economy with a minor in Public Policy. Go Bears!

This is my personal site, you can see all the work that I have done for clubs and organizations, and also photos I took for fun.
